I debated for a long time about ordering this shoe. I generally don't like ordering shoes online. Some of the reviews also had me skeptical. However, these shoes looked exactly as pictured, well constructed and comfortable. A couple things to take into consideration. The run on the larger size which other reviews had stated, but I still stuck with my size which is a 9. They are a little large especially in the heel. But not a deal breaker. I just put on some thick socks and they fit fine. I have only worn them once but received tons of compliments. One word of caution, it took months to receive them. I planned on getting other colors but I see they are no longer available. Hopefully they will stock more soon.
Im a size 6, narrow feet.. bought size 6.5.
I was pleasantly surprised by these boots. I bought them for work; a dog daycare and boarding facility. i encounter a lot of water from constantly cleaning up and running around after dogs, indoors and out. they fit comfortably and true to size. they are so flexible that my feet can actually breath during long shifts, unlike rubber rain boots. there was no need to break them in either. The inside of the shoe has very little padding (like converse or vans flat bottoms) so although not totally uncomfortable, i put in my gel insoles for extra support and it works great. I also love that they've kept me from slipping on wet floors inside. they basically have been like non slip, water resistant, sneakers. Once these wear out, I'll definitely get more.
I wear ankle boots for work and needed to replace my current pair since my feet were getting soaked every time it rained. I finally came across these and took a gamble on them since I wasn't sure how they'd hold up with me being on my feet 9+ hours a day, five days a week. But these are great! If you're looking for something with athletic air soles, these are not the shoes for you. If you're used to being on your feet, they're great! I had my doubts when I read a different review that said theyre great for hiking, but considering I basically "urban hike" all day, I can see how they'd hold up. I don't go stand in puddles to write a review, but as far as walking/running through the rain goes, they seem to be pretty if not totally water resistant, haven't had any wet feet.
